Supporting Documents

As part of our online registration process, you are required to provide a Proof of Identification and Proof of Residence. We require that both your Proof of Identification and Proof of Residence: 

• Are the original or certified true copy
• All 4 corners of the copy must be shown
• The copy must be in colour

Your Proof of Identification must: 

• Have at least 3 months validity
• Be fully legible 
• Carry a clear and identifiable photograph 

Your Proof of Residence must: 

• Be issued within 3 months
• Be issued in your name
• Contain your registered address
