Due to a major upgrade to the Ethereum network, we will be suspending deposits and withdrawals of ERC-20 tokens (USDT-ERC20, USDC-ERC20) on 2 separate dates:

Each suspension is estimated to last a few hours, depending on the conditions of the Ethereum network. If you will be depositing or withdrawing USDT-ERC20 / USDC-ERC20, please avoid these two times.

 Further details：

• Only USDT-ERC20 and USDC-ERC20 are impacted by this upgrade. No other payment methods will be affected. USDT-TRC20/Tron transactions will not be affected.
• We will resume deposits and withdrawals once our payment network has confirmed that the Ethereum network upgrade is complete and transfers are stable. If all goes well, the transfers will be re-available within hours.
• Do note that these are estimated times and may change as the Ethereum situation evolves.
